Recipe/Main Dishes

 

The Futuristic Fish, and the Solar Salad are Solarius main dishes in our utopia. The main cultures that were inspired to make this dish was Hawaiian, Antiguan, and Cuban cultures. When thinking of the dishes I used theses three cultures main meals/ most popular meals that are served there. Lots of foods that were in common was Fish, Potatoes/Baked, Salad/Couch Salad/House Salad, and Rice. The main price of these dishes is the Solar Salad costs $10,  The Futuristic Fish costs $20.

Futuristic Fish recipe:

• Ingredients: 
• Cooked Salmon, 
• Futuristic Sauce(Ketchup, Mustard), 
• Two Baked Potatoes
• White Rice 

Directions: 

Cook Salmon at 400 degrees for 11 to 14 minutes 

Put 2 Potatoes in Oven for about 45 minutes at 400 degrees F

While all of that is cooking, mix ketchup and mustard together in bowl 

Take Salmon and Potatoes out of the oven, let cool down and enjoy!!

Solar Salad Recipe: 

• 2 cups of Greens/Lettuce 
• 1 Cup of Carrots 
• 2 Cups Grilled Chicken 
• 1 Tablespoon of ground black pepper 
• 1 tablespoon of salt 
• 2 tablespoons of Solar Sauce 

Directions: 

Cook Chicken 

put two cups of greens/lettuce into salad mixer  

put 1 carrot then put into salad mixer 

Once chicken is done put chopped grilled chicken into salad mixer 

put one tablespoon of salt into salad mixer 

Press mixer button and mix all together 

Take the salad put into a bowl and enjoy !!
