Everyone in Solarius will have a job. The citizens who do not have jobs will complete community service to help benefit the community. Everyone who has a job will fill out a form to see if they qualify for a transportation pass. Only citizens without cars will receive one. Solarius is run solely on solar-powered and electric-powered cars. Having a society that runs only on solar-powered and electric cars benefits the environment as it decreases pollution. While doing my research I found in an article that electric cars have no tailpipe, and pure electric cars produce no carbon dioxide emissions when driving. I also found that solar panels work silently so they do not add to the noise pollution on the road.
